• Recruit simultaneously for a large number of Sr / Mdl / Jr. Level of positions based on our client precise requirement. Recruitment is carried out for new / existing / critical positions & for best in class professional only.
• Understand the detail requirement of the position including job title, job specifications, educational requirements, skill sets & personal requirements
• Perform Intense screening through battery of tests & experienced panels precede preparation of short listed candidates.
• Perform vigorous follow up to make candidates join within the time frame.
• Conducting preliminary interviews and submit a shortlist with recommendations to client. Coordinate and assist in interviews, salary negotiation and final selection of candidates. Conduct detailed reference checks of selected candidates.
